Football Recap: Brookside Cardinals vs. Fairview Warriors
Brookside was the 28-13 winner over Fairview when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Brookside Cardinals lost 35-14 to the Fairview Warriors on Friday. The Cardinals were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 22-0.
Fairview was led to victory by Brandon Clark and Burke Lowry. Clark picked up 110 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Lowry threw for 188 yards and three touchdowns. That's the most rushing yards Clark has posted since back in September of 2023.
This is the second loss in a row for Brookside and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Fairview, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
