Basketball Game Preview: Woodlawn Warriors vs. Owings Mills Golden Eagles

Woodlawn is on a five-game streak of home losses, Owings Mills a six-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Monday. The Woodlawn Warriors will host the Owings Mills Golden Eagles at 4:00 p.m. Woodlawn has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

On Friday, Woodlawn was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 39-38 to Parkville.

Meanwhile, Owings Mills took a blow against Loch Raven on Thursday, falling 46-5. The match marked the Golden Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Owings Mills' defeat dropped their record down to 0-12-1. As for Woodlawn, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.

Woodlawn beat Owings Mills 50-40 when the teams last played back in February of 2024. Will Woodlawn repeat their success, or does Owings Mills have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
