Edgewood entered their tilt with Cincinnati Christian on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 win over Cincinnati Christian. This was payback for Edgewood, who suffered a 6-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Edgewood's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Cincinnati Christian, the loss snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 9-9 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edgewood will take on Lakota East at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Cincinnati Christian, they will venture away from home to challenge Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
