Basketball Recap: Nodaway Valley Comes Up Short

Nodaway Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 82-52 loss at the hands of the Clarinda Cardinals. The Wolverines were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cardinals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2020.

Nodaway Valley's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Clarinda, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-9.

Nodaway Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 69-21 win against East Union on the 4th. As for Clarinda, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 63-52 victory against Glenwood on the 4th.
