There's no place like home for Mt. Zion, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Luella Lions on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 two weeks ago.

Mt. Zion's victory ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-1. As for Luella, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mt. Zion will head out to face off against Lovejoy at 5:30 p.m. on September 4. As for Luella, they will face off against Griffin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
