Peaster came tearing into Monday's contest with 14 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Stephenville Yellow Jackets/Honeybees by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Greyhounds, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 15-25, 25-18, 25-18.

Leading Peaster to victory were Reagan Pennington and Kyler Shirley. Pennington had ten digs and five aces, while Shirley had 21 digs and four assists. Pennington has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

They weren't the only good servers: Peaster was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in six consecutive matchups.

Peaster's record is now 35-12-1. As for Stephenville, their defeat ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 32-12.

Peaster does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Stephenville, they will head out on the road to take on Big Spring at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
