Preview: Omaha Christian Academy vs. Cedar Bluffs
Omaha Christian Academy have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They take on Cedar Bluffs at 7:00 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Things haven't been easy for Omaha Christian Academy, and their contest last Friday only extended their streak of losses to six. They were completely outmatched, falling 8-60 to Emerson-Hubbard. Omaha Christian Academy were down by 0-60 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 70 points the game before, Cedar Bluffs faltered in their matchup last Friday. They took a serious blow against Clarkson/Leigh last Friday, falling 0-66. Cedar Bluffs were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-44.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
