Porter-Gaud waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the West Ashley Wildcats. That's more bragging rights for the Cyclones, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Malaya Singletary paced Porter-Gaud's offense, picking up ten kills. Singletary got some help from Harriett Matenaer and her 15 assists. Singletary was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Porter-Gaud now has a winning record of 13-12. As for West Ashley, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7-1.

Porter-Gaud has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Conway on the 27th. As for West Ashley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against James Island on the 27th.
