Hug won the last time they faced Galena and things went their way on Monday too. The Hawks never let the Grizzlies get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. Hug's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three games.

Their offense was hitting Galena from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Jaden Velasquez- Soto led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Hug's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Galena, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Hug will venture away from home to square off against Douglas at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Galena, they will welcome Sparks at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
