Basketball Recap: Margaretville Central Takes a Loss

Margaretville Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 65-26 loss at the hands of the South Kortright Central Rams. While losing is never fun, the Blue Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 729th, while the Rams are ranked 216th).

Margaretville Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for South Kortright Central, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

As of now, neither Margaretville Central nor South Kortright Central have any future games scheduled.
