The Bravo Knights are taking a road trip to challenge the Wilson Mules at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bravo is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11 runs per game this season.

Bravo barely beat Lincoln the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Knights' pitcher stepped up to hand the Tigers a 14-0 shutout on Friday. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Hazel Medrano made a splash no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Bravo got a big performance out of Lexie Avila, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI. Bella Hernandez also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Bravo kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits every time they've taken the field this season.

Meanwhile, Wilson had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Franklin by a score of 17-12 on Friday.

Wilson's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 6-10. As for Bravo, their record is now 8-2.

Bravo took their win against Wilson in their previous meeting back in April by a conclusive 18-3 score. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Mules have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
