Softball Recap: Central Falls' Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After flying high against Shea last Friday, Central Falls came back down to earth. The Warriors came up short against the Central Knights on Tuesday, falling 15-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 15-8 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2022.

Having lost for the first time this season, Central Falls fell to 2-1. As for Central, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central Falls will host Davies Career & Tech at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last. As for Central, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Exeter-West Greenwich at 4:30 p.m.
