Soccer Game Preview: Aurora Central vs. Skyview

The Aurora Central Trojans are taking a road trip to face off against the Skyview Wolverines at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Aurora Central is likely headed into the contest with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Overland on Tuesday. The Trojans lost 4-1 to the Trailblazers.

Meanwhile, Skyview and Thornton finished up their match with a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.

Skyview's draw makes their record 4-3-2 this season. As for Aurora Central, they dropped their record down to 2-7-1 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Aurora Central suffered a grim 4-1 defeat to Skyview when the teams last played on April 1st. Can the Trojans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
