Paxton put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Jay Royals by a score of 56-48. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bobcats also won the last time the pair played back in February.

Paxton got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jacob Lowry out in front who posted 11 points and five rebounds. Case Moore was another key player, putting up nine points and four steals.

When it comes to explaining why Jay lost, don't look at Tanner Mandell. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 29 points and 14 boards. Mandell is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down ten or more in each of the last five games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Bryson Morris, who had nine points.

Paxton's record is now 5-0.

Coming up, Paxton will be playing at home against Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats will need to watch out since the Jaguars have now posted at least 55 points in their last four contests. As for Jay, they have already played their next game, a 63-57 defeat against Baker on the 4th.
