Soccer Recap: Huntland Takes a Loss

Huntland was the 5-0 winner over Richland when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hornets lost 5-1 to the Raiders on Thursday. Huntland have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Huntland's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Richland, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Huntland and Richland will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Hornets will challenge rival Forrest at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Richland is set to square off against their familiar foe Lewis County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
