Baseball Recap: Chester County Extends Winning Streak to Four

Chester County waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let the Sycamore War Eagles get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory.

Not much got past Lane Estes, who gave up just two hits and racked up six Ks to keep Sycamore off the board. Estes has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Jaden Weaver was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.

Chester County's win bumped their record up to 20-9. As for Sycamore, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-14.

As of now, neither Chester County nor the War Eagles have any future games scheduled.
