            Volleyball Recap: Lexington Minutemen vs. Fredericktown Freddies        
        
		
        
        
            The Lexington Minutemen got the win against the Fredericktown Freddies  on Monday by a conclusive  3-0.
 Lexington not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Fredericktown between 15 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18,  25-18.
 Ava Brown paced Lexington's offense, picking up 17 kills. Brown got some help from  Bella Temple and her 28 assists.  Tatum Stover controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Lexington is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record  this season. As for Fredericktown, their defeat  ended  a  four-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 8-7.
 Looking ahead, Lexington will welcome Wooster  at 7:00  p.m.  on  the 30th. As for Fredericktown, they have already played their next game,  a  3-1  win against Northmor on the 23rd.
