Baseball Recap: Ecorse Comes Up Short

Ecorse easily dispatched Clarenceville on Tuesday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Raiders fell just short of the Cass Tech Technicians by a score of 5-3 on Saturday.

Jermiah Mack made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Ecorse has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-8 record this season. As for Cass Tech, they pushed their record up to 41-11-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
