Orangewood Christian won the last time they faced Trinity Christian Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Orangewood Christian Rams had just enough and edged out the Trinity Christian Academy Eagles 7-6.
Maya Snelson was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Snelson was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
In other batting news, Reagan Watkins was incredible, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Caroline Putt, who scored three runs while going 1-for-3.
Orangewood Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .407. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Trinity Christian Academy only posted a batting average of .233.
