Cheyann Goddard put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in April of 2024 on Monday. She struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up four earned runs off six hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
