Volleyball Recap: Lowry Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lowry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Spring Creek Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

Lowry started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-27, 25-9, 25-16, 25-15.

Lowry's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Spring Creek, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 11-12.

Coincidentally, Lowry and Spring Creek will both be playing Elko the next time they take the court. The Buckaroos will head out to face the Indians at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Spartans will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
