Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah extended their home winning streak to six games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Trayden Rebedew. The Resorters blew past the Monticello Ponies 54-14 on Thursday thanks in part to Rebedew, who rushed for 115 yards and two scores on only seven carries, and also picked up 32 receiving yards and one TD. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 64 yards.

The win got Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah back to even at 1-1. As for Monticello, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coming up, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah will head out to square off against Montello at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th. As for Monticello, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 56-32 defeat against Kickapoo/La Farge on the 4th.
