Football Recap: Homer Comes Up Short

Homer lost against Institute of Tech back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Trojans lost 38-14 to the Eagles. The contest marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Homer's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-2. As for Institute of Tech, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Homer will square off against rival Indian River at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Institute of Tech is set to face off against their familiar foe South Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
