Volleyball Recap: Douglas Comes Up Short

Douglas lost against Mitchell back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Patriots fell 3-1 to the Kernels. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Douglas' defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Mitchell, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-4.

Looking ahead, Douglas will venture away from home to challenge Belle Fourche at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mitchell, after both having extra time off, they and Rapid City Central will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
