Baseball Recap: Crowley Comes Up Short

Crowley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 11-1 to Lake Ridge.

Caiden Potts made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Crowley's defeat dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Lake Ridge, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-9-3.

While Crowley had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
