Tuscarawas Central Catholic hasn't had much luck against Malvern recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Tuscarawas Central Catholic Saints will be playing at home against the Malvern Hornets at 7:30 p.m. The two teams are out to turn their luck around after having lost tight contests in their previous games.

Tuscarawas Central Catholic is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Saturday. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 56-53 heartbreaker at the hands of David Anderson. One positive for the Saints, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Malvern's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of Patriot Prep Academy by a score of 58-56.

Tuscarawas Central Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Malvern, their loss ended a 19-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-2.

Tuscarawas Central Catholic was dealt a bruising 88-60 defeat at the hands of Malvern in their previous matchup back in January. Can Tuscarawas Central Catholic avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
