Baseball Recap: Addison Trail Gets the Win

Addison Trail lost a heartbreaker the last time they played West Chicago, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's game. Addison Trail put the hurt on West Chicago with a sharp 12-2 win on Monday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Blazers' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Matt Garcia was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Trevor Sosin was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-2.
