Softball Recap: North Valleys Comes Up Short

North Valleys's tournament run continued when they took on Livingston on Saturday. North Valleys took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of Livingston. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Caylee Soap made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was her first of the season. Jordan Gainey was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

North Valleys' defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Livingston, their victory bumped their record up to 10-4.

North Valleys has already played their next matchup, a 6-4 loss against Alhambra on the 29th. As for Livingston, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-4 defeat against Galena on the 29th.
