Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Utica beat Lakewood 52-48 on Saturday.

East Knox's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points over those games. As for Utica, their win bumped their record up to 12-9.
