Volleyball Recap: Loudonville Christian Comes Up Short

Loudonville Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cobleskill-Richmondville Bulldogs. While the Eagles didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bulldogs 25-20 in the first set.

Loudonville Christian started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-17, 27-25, 25-15.

Loudonville Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Cobleskill-Richmondville, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Loudonville Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Voorheesville on the 16th. Cobleskill-Richmondville has also already played their next game (against Hudson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
