Basketball Recap: Indianola Takes a Loss

Indianola was the 41-36 winner over Stuart when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Indianola Warriors took a 46-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stuart Hornets on Thursday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Indianola's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Stuart, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Indianola will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Kiowa at 6:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Stuart will also get a bit of a break before their next contest: they'll face off against Wetumka at 6:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
