Pembroke won the last time they faced Holley, and Onolee Easterbrook did her part to make sure it happened again. The Pembroke Dragons walked away with a 42-35 victory over the Holley Hawks on Wednesday thanks to Easterbrook, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 12 boards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in rebounds.

Jayden Hootman was another key player, putting up nine points and seven boards. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last ten games she's played.

The win made it two in a row for Pembroke and bumps their season record up to 9-8. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.0 points over those games. As for Holley, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Pembroke will challenge Wilson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Holley, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Barker at 2:30 p.m.
