Softball Recap: Wayne Trace Takes a Loss

Wayne Trace made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Hicksville, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Raiders fell just short of the Aces by a score of 7-5 on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Raiders in their meetings with the Aces: they've now lost four in a row.

Wayne Trace now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Hicksville, their win bumped their record up to 14-6.

Wayne Trace does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hicksville, they will take on Bryan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Golden Bears' pitching crew has only allowed 0.3 runs per game this season, so the Aces' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
