Baseball Recap: Perry Comes Up Short

Perry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They lost 13-3 to the Glenn Bobcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Ramblers of the 12-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Brady Burns made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with four stolen bases and two runs.

Perry's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Glenn, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-8.

While Perry had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
