Soccer Recap: St. Patrick Comes Up Short

St. Patrick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ocean Springs Greyhounds. The result was an unpleasant reminder to St. Patrick of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

St. Patrick's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Ocean Springs, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

St. Patrick has already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Gulfport on the 13th. As for Ocean Springs, they will head out on the road to challenge Gulf Breeze at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
