Despite the loss, Fort Wayne Snider had strong showings from Qualyn Clopton, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten boards, and Trell Hogue, who posted 11 points and four steals. That's the most steals Hogue has posted since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was Layne Patterson, who scored five points and five rebounds.
Even though they lost, Fort Wayne Snider smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Carroll took a blow against Fishers on Saturday, falling 72-40. The defeat continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost four in a row.
Fort Wayne Snider will have to contain Paxton Crane as he made an impact in Carroll's last game. He dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Van Order, who earned ten points.

Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Fort Wayne Snider has been crashing the rebounds this season, having averaged 27.8 boards per game. However, it's not like Carroll struggles in that department as they've been averaging 22.7 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
