Napoleon won the last time they faced Vandercook Lake and things went their way on Friday too. The Pirates blew past the Jayhawks 16-1. The result was nothing new for the Pirates, who have now won four matches by six runs or more so far this season.
Napoleon got a massive performance out of Jenna Yob, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two doubles, and one run. Those two doubles gave Yob a new career-high. Kiera Hoard also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
