Volleyball Recap: Greater Miami Academy Warriors vs. Franklin Academy Panthers
After flying high against Somerset College Prepartory Academy South last Tuesday, Greater Miami Academy came back down to earth. The Greater Miami Academy Warriors fell 3-1 to the Franklin Academy Panthers on Wednesday. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2022.
The final score came out to 25-21, 26-24, 13-25, 25-11.
Greater Miami Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Franklin Academy, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Greater Miami Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Miami Christian at 4:00 p.m. on September 30th. As for Franklin Academy, they will challenge Norland at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
