Volleyball Recap: North Rowan Takes a Loss + How To Watch

North Rowan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Union Academy Cardinals, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-2, 25-0, 25-5.

Union Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kylie Harman out in front who had nine aces. Those nine aces gave Harman a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Marissa McMurray, who had six digs and five aces.

North Rowan's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Union Academy, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-4.

North Rowan has already played their next match (against Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Union Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
