Soccer Recap: Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Takes a Loss

Hillcrest Lutheran Academy and Walker-Hackensack-Akeley/Laporte squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Hillcrest Lutheran Academy had to settle for second. They fell just short of Wolves by a score of 3-2. Mari Fjeldskaar was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on her (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Hillcrest Lutheran Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8.

As of now, neither they nor Walker-Hackensack-Akeley/Laporte have any future games scheduled.
