Softball Recap: Moultonborough Academy Victorious

Moultonborough Academy lost to Littleton back in May of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Panthers walked away with an 11-6 victory over the Crusaders. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Evelynn Buy was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four stolen bases and two runs. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 1.5 stolen bases per game. Sammy Nagle was another key player, going 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

The win got Moultonborough Academy back to even at 2-2. As for Littleton, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Moultonborough Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Lisbon at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Littleton will square off against rival Colebrook Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
