Softball Recap: North East Grape Pickers vs. General McLane Lancers

North East scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Friday. They put the hurt on the General McLane Lancers with a sharp 17-7 victory. North East might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won five matches by seven runs or more this season.

Rapela is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Lorah, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

North East's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for General McLane, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.
