Softball Preview: Davis Darts vs. Fremont Silverwolves
Davis is 2-8 against Fremont since April of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Davis Darts will head out on the road to take on the Fremont Silverwolves at 3:30 p.m. Davis is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 9.7 runs per game this season.
Davis stacked a fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Syracuse with a sharp 10-3 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for Davis.
Jewel Korth was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Another player making a difference was Rayleigh Starnes, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and a double.
Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought contest, but Fremont had to settle for a 5-4 loss against Farmington on Tuesday. Fremont has struggled against Farmington recently, as their match on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
