Tri-Valley waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They strolled past the John Glenn Little Muskies with points to spare, taking the game 71-53. This was a revenge game for the Scotties: when they faced off against the Little Muskies back in January, they had to take a 65-60 loss.

John Glenn's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cj Dolan, who went 8 for 15 en route to 24 points. The dominant performance gave Dolan a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Stehl Bates, who posted 15 points and five steals.

Tri-Valley pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points per game. As for John Glenn, their loss dropped their record down to 15-3.

Tri-Valley and John Glenn should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. Tri-Valley will face off against Philo at 7:30 p.m. on Friday up 417 places (84 vs. 501). Similarly, John Glenn (ranked 45th) will meet Sheridan (ranked 348th) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
