Soccer Recap: KIPP Denver Collegiate Starts Season with Win at Home

KIPP Denver Collegiate took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Tuesday. They beat the Roosevelt Roughriders by a goal, winning 1-0. The White Tigers wouldn't have won without Isabel Lopez, who scored the game-winner.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 1-2.

Looking ahead, KIPP Denver Collegiate will venture away from home to face off against Arrupe Jesuit at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Roosevelt, they will challenge Sterling at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
