Football Recap: St. Edward Has No Trouble Against Crystal Lake Central

While St. Edward put up some points on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Crystal Lake Central. The Green Wave took down the Tigers 14-0.

Savannah Lynch had an outrageously good game as she picked up 119 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 76 yards on only nine carries. She didn't just play on offense: she also made two total tackles and defended four passes.

St. Edward's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Crystal Lake Central, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

St. Edward didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 34-6 victory against Walther Christian Academy on the 5th. As for Crystal Lake Central, they have also already played their next game, a 51-6 win against Prairie Ridge on the 4th.
