Basketball Recap: Ramah Wins Going Away Against Navajo Pine

Ramah had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 20-point drubbing they dealt Navajo Pine on Tuesday. The Ramah Mustangs blew past the Navajo Pine Warriors 69-49. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Mustangs just coasted through the last quarter.

Navajo Pine lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Isaiah Johnson, who went 6 of 14 en route to 12 points and eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Dayshaun Chee, who posted four points along with six assists and five boards.

Ramah's victory bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Navajo Pine, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-13.
