Football Game Preview: Riverside Ram vs. Potomac Falls Panthers + How To Watch

The Riverside Ram will face off against the Potomac Falls Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Riverside hasn't scored more than 13 points for six games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Riverside's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Lightridge on Thursday. They came up short against the Bolts, falling 21-0.

Riverside didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Faris Fagiri and Jordan Allen.

Meanwhile, Potomac Falls' game on Thursday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against Briar Woods by a score of 27-17. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Riverside better keep an eye on Aj Pawlowski. He was instrumental in Potomac Falls' win, rushing for 108 yards on only 14 carries, while also throwing for 131 yards and one TD. Alex Hines also deserves some recognition as he punched in his first rushing touchdown of the season.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Potomac Falls proved: they limited Briar Woods to a paltry three yards per carry. The Panthers hasn't allowed more than 4.9 yards per carry in three consecutive matchups.

Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Potomac Falls, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Everything came up roses for Riverside against Potomac Falls in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 49-0 win. Will the Ram repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
