Basketball Recap: Dixon's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Dixon was the 62-48 winner over Sutter when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Rams lost to the Huskies on the road by a 61-42 margin on Friday. The loss put an end to the Rams' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Dixon fell to 2-1. As for Sutter, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Dixon will take on Colfax at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sutter, they will take on Yuba City in a tournament on Thursday. The Huskies will be up against the Honkers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 50 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
