If only the National Federation of State High School Associations could set up a football playoff like the College Football Playoff format

Not that we would want that, but if we could, it might look like this at the end of the long 20017 season. 

The top four teams are in the national college football championship hunt are: The Sugar Bowl pits No. 1 Clemson and No. 4 Alabama, and the Rose Bowl features No. 2 Oklahoma and No. 3 Georgia.
